Kelly is the Women of Hope Coordinator for Hope Community Church - Downtown
A Minnesota transplant, Kelly grew up in Illinois and Wisconsin, eventually attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she met and married her husband Danny. Early in their marriage, they moved to the Twin Cities and began attending Hope in 2012. Shortly after leaving her job as an elementary school teacher and becoming a stay-at-home mom, Kelly discovered a passion for theology and a deep love for the local church. In 2021, she started taking LDI classes, where she not only grew in her love for Jesus, but also was discipled in the art of internet humor.
Kelly loves good coffee, deep conversation, going on walks, gardening, and reading a good book. She also is an advocate for the Oxford comma and treasures adventuring through life with Danny and their two kiddos, Elsie and Rudy.
